Previously EVP at Energy Innovations, COO of OEwaves (a JPL/Caltech spin-off developing a micro-optic laser oscillator for volume manufacturing), President and COO of Ameritec (a private telecom test equipment manufacturer), Vice President of Engineering at Transtream and Director of Engineering at Tekelec, both telecom manufacturers. BS degree in Electrical Engineering from University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa.
JP Labrosse | VP, Product Development and Marketing
Fifteen years of experience building high impact businesses with 5 years in solar and renewables. Previously VP of Product Development at Energy Innovations. Track record of leading the development of successful high volume products. Served as Engineering Team Lead for iPod Shuffle and 4G iPod at Apple. Experience building successful startups – was among the first 15 employees and led sales and marketing team for the Palo Alto Daily News Group, a publishing company acquired by Knight Ridder. BS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
Matt Schneider | Sr. Director, Engineering
Ten years of experience in technology product development with 8 in solar and renewables. Previously Director of Photovoltaic Module Development at Energy Innovations. Extensive experience with traditional flat plate photovoltaics, high concentration photovoltaics (HCPV), and solar thermal (CSP) technologies. Before joining Energy Innovations, worked for Stirling Energy Systems, Microsoft, and NASA. Graduated with honors from Stanford University (Mechanical Engineering) and St. Olaf College (Physics).
Eric Goodwin | Director, Operations
Seventeen years of global manufacturing and supply chain leadership with a consistent track record of delivering sustainable results for both Fortune 500 and small-cap businesses. Extensive Lean Manufacturing experience, streamlining operations and eliminating waste throughout the value chain. Led the development of operational capabilities and global expansion for Catalytic Solutions, a traditionally R&D focused start-up company. Current focus on applying Lean Methodologies to the manufacturing, delivery and field installation processes of RayTracker, Inc. BS in Business Management from University of Phoenix.
