RayTracker, Inc. was founded with the belief that today and in the coming decades, tracking systems will be the predominant mounting technology chosen for commercial and utility installations.

We are committed to enabling partners and customers across the globe to build the most cost-effective solar energy sources for our future.
Our flagship product, RayTracker GC, is a world-class, single-axis tracker that has received a very positive response from customers and the market. By using RayTracker in a typical installation, a project developer eliminates the need for 23% more solar panels, racking, inverters, foundations, land, panel wiring, and labor. For a 100MW solar project today, the savings could be as high as $50MM.
On-going technology development is focused on next generation products that will provide all the benefits of single-axis trackers but with cost and reliability approaching that of a non-moving rack.
RayTracker was spun out of Energy Innovations and is an operating company of Idealab, a creator and operator of technology businesses.
